Is there a corresponding discount for large orders?

Can you provide free demo?
We do not provide free robot demo at present, but we can provide a robot for 1 month trial at 50% of deposit. After the trial period, if all expectations are met, we may ask for the remaining 50% of balance. If not, please return the robot and we will also return the deposit.
Can I check the robots before purchasing it?
We can show robots to you by live video broadcast. Of course, we also welcome you to visit our company at any time.
What is the lead time and shipping method?
We will arrange delivery within 15-30 working days after payment. We suggest sea shipping as main transportation method, air shipping is also available. The lead time would be extended base on extra large orders.
Can we do OEM?
Yes, we can provide OEM service. Please inform us and provide relevant information in advance, as we need to process our software accordingly.

What is the warranty service?
We provide one-year warranty service. After one year, additional purchases is available.
How to deal with the fault?
If there is any problem with the robot during the warranty period, please contact our company as soon as possible. We will arrange the after-sales maintenance personnel to help solve it online or on-site, including direct replacement of the unrepairable part; if the warranty period is exceeded, certain after-sales maintenance fee would be charged.
